Domestic Shipping
We ship our products using Fastway or Australia Post and endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. You will receive tracking information via Fastway or Australia Post to the email or mobile number you entered at the checkout.

Standard domestic shipping when ordering $180 or more: FREE

Refunds & Repayments
If your wine is broken or damaged in transit, we’re happy to provide a refund or replace the damaged bottles. Just email us at hello@brandsbybfwe.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, contact details and a photo of your delivery.
