A classic Barossa GSM, this blend combines Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro from both the Barossa Valley and Eden Valley, delivering everything we love about the region—bright fruit, generous flavour and enough spice to keep things interesting.

Grenache leads with juicy raspberry and plum, Shiraz adds richness, while Mataro quietly builds savoury depth and structure. Matured in large oak foudres to preserve freshness, it's vibrant, approachable and made for sharing around the table.
